Leverage our experience, and build your custom home from one of our existing plans. Stock plans are a great value when you consider the standard rule-of-thumb: custom plans are generally 8% to 14% of total construction cost.

Base or stock plans incorporate 90% of what doesn’t change from house to house— but at a fraction of what it would cost to design that 90% from scratch. Some modifications may be needed to adapt a stock design to your site and needs. Structural modifications are the most common required changes due to the seismic zone, wind, and snowfall in your region of the country.

Prior to becoming a stock plan, each of our plans were designed or modified to meet the uncompromising real-world demands of our clients.

Budget $1800 on average includes 4 sets of bond prints. $30 for each additional set of bond prints. Reproducible sets are available, but costs vary. Please call our studio for current pricing.
