Proposal / Deposit

The Bungalow Company will prepare a proposal which details the design work required to modify your chosen stock plan to suit your site, region, and customizations. Our proposal will include the stock plan cost, cost of design modifications, cost of structural engineering changes required for your region, and an estimated time of delivery.

Upon your approval of the proposal, you'll pay a $1800 deposit (the price of most of our stock plans). Your job is placed into our project schedule, and the modifications begin.

The balance is due upon completion of the plans (prior to the shipment or delivery of the plans). Should your project span more than two months, you'll receive monthly progress billings on the 30th of each month (progress billing payments are due upon receipt).
